SHIPPING
Currently we ship Australia wide, to New Zealand and the US.

Domestic - Australia
- $12 flat rate shipping
- FREE shipping on orders over $200
Standard: 5-8 business days to most metro areas and 10-15 days for regional and country areas.
Please note we do not deliver to regional P O Boxes, only street addresses.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours from our Perth warehouse, Mon to Fri, with Australia Post or courier for larger orders.
There may be delays, beyond our control, due to the logistical challenges caused by natural disasters.
Bulk or very large orders may incur an additional courier delivery charge – please contact us for a quote and clarification on hello@paccabag.com.au before you place a bulk order.
International
New Zealand - Flat rate shipping NZ $30.00 on all orders.
United States - Reduced fixed rate shipping, according to weight.
We will be shipping to Europe soon. Please register your interest by signing up.
Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. Paccabag is not responsible for these charges. If they are applied they are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.
PACKAGING
We are earth friendly and aim to re-use cardboard boxes where we can. Your order will always be safely packed and will usually arrive in pre-loved packaging.
RETURNS
Domestic and International
We accept returns, within 30 days from the delivery date.
Open the packaging carefully so as not to cut, slice or damage the contents.
What we cover - If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo / video of the damaged external packaging and damaged products and contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace products that have been damaged in transit, after assessment of the images / video supplied. No return fee for goods damaged in transit or defective.

Change of Mind - You can return your order due to the incorrect sizes being ordered, or a change of mind. We accept returns and issue refunds for bags that are unused and in new condition, within 30 days of delivery. The return postage is the customers responsibility.
